Fall Tune Up Part 7 – The Furnace Workhorse 💪

Now I'm just kind of looking in here at the blower motor, feeling to see if it spins freely and doesn't have a lot of play in it, seeing if it looks real dirty. It's a little dirty. It could probably stand to be cleaned actually. It's got some pretty heavy build up maybe where some sheet rock work was done or something like that. We'll give them an option for pulling the motor out, deep cleaning it, and putting it back in because if that gets out of hand, the wheel gets heavy, the motor works harder, the equipment doesn't like it. It's not bad yet. It would really be a preventative recommendation, but definitely not a bad idea if they did want to take care of that.
