The Install Nightmare

Your install will be a huge waste of money if the install crew comes to the wrong house and installs at the wrong house. It sounds a little bit impossible. Somehow, something happens, address got mixed up, homeowner opens the door for us and everything lets us install it too, and next thing you know, hey, it wasn't even from my house. I haven't had that with Medley here, but there's a couple companies that has had that happen. So before we even come out to your job site, we call the customer, let them know that, I repeat the name to them, they give it back to me, and we're all good to go.
