Most of our installations begin between 7 and 8.30 a.m. Our team will give you a call when they are leaving the warehouse and heading to your property. Track our team in real time on their way to your location. Please go ahead and put your pets in a safe space as we do not want them getting loose or hurt during our visit. Upon arrival, our team will make sure that their setup is suitable for you. They'll introduce themselves and review the work order with you. Our experts will explain the installation process, ensuring you understand each step and are comfortable proceeding. This is your opportunity to address any discrepancies or concerns. During this time, they will also lay down drop cloths to protect your home. Stay and watch our team skillfully carry out the installation or leave to conquer your day, confident that your home is in good hands. After installation, our team completes a comprehensive commissioning report. This ensures your system operates to manufacturer specifications and adheres to mechanical and electrical codes. We'll follow up to schedule a city inspection if your residence is within city limits and the job required a permit. Our team will walk you through the completed install, ensuring everything meets your expectations and our high standards. Then enjoy the new addition to your home, installed to perfection.
