Hi, I'm Sean, General Manager here at Middley Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing. My role here is to help guide new employees to further their lives by building careers. My name is Caroline. My name is Mason Lennox. I'm Jeremy. My name is Seth Vickers. I have learned so much in the last year of being here. Middley has expanded my knowledge. It's broadened my horizons and understanding of air conditioning. And now I feel like I can tackle a lot of problems within my own home. It's a very welcoming place, lots of good people. Camaraderie. We spend a lot of time together. We all get along. We're all actual friends. It's really fun. I see my family and have time for work, so it's pretty great. You know, I think it's pretty good. It's really what you make of it. It's a give and take throughout the year. One thing Middley can do better at is identifying top talent and taking advantage of people's natural abilities. We can do better with communication. I would change the amount of time that I have to drive. But we try not to make the same mistake twice. But I have awesome bosses. It's a fun place.
