From the moment you book your service, we prioritize communication and transparency. You’ll receive photos and bios of our installation team, so you know exactly who will be working in your home. This isn't just about installation; it's about your peace of mind.
Most of our installations kick off bright and early between 7 and 8:30 a.m. Our team will call you when they are en route, allowing you to track their arrival in real time. Before we get started, we recommend putting your pets in a safe space to keep them secure while our experts work. Upon arrival, our team will introduce themselves and review the installation process, ensuring you’re comfortable every step of the way.
We take great care to protect your home during the installation. Our team lays down drop cloths and will walk you through the entire process, allowing you to stay and observe or go about your day knowing your home is in capable hands. After the installation, we complete a thorough commissioning report to guarantee everything operates to manufacturer specifications. We follow up with any necessary city inspections too. After installation, our team completes a comprehensive commissioning report. This ensures your system operates to manufacturer specifications and adheres to mechanical and electrical codes. We'll follow up to schedule a city inspection if your residence is within city limits and the job required a permit.
