Fall Tune Up Part 15 – This One Made Us Smile

We will give them a couple of recommendations before we're all done just to see if they want to do anything preventatively. We'll give them an option to pull and clean that blower wheel and housing. We'll give them an option to add insulation. I'll see if they want to speak to a plumber about putting some caps on those gas lines that have been abandoned. They do a great job of maintaining it. It's a really nice setup. It's high efficiency equipment. The duct work is in good condition. They've obviously invested money in their attic. There's a lot to like about this system.
