The Story
The highlights from this video
Imagine a chilly Dallas evening where you're cranking up the heat, but your home still feels drafty. What if I told you that the culprit could be lurking right above your head in your attic? During our recent fall tune-up, we utilized a thermal imager to inspect for hidden air leaks, revealing just how critical it is to ensure your HVAC system is working efficiently.
As we scanned the area, we focused on the flue pipe and other joints where heat tends to concentrate. Surprisingly, we found warmer spots that indicated potential insulation issues. While these weren't alarming, they highlighted the importance of keeping an eye on such details. Even minor leaks can lead to skyrocketing energy bills, especially as temperatures drop.
The key takeaway? Regular maintenance checks, like our fall tune-up, are essential for preventing air leaks and ensuring your HVAC system runs smoothly. By catching these issues early, you can save money and keep your home comfortable all season long. Don’t leave your comfort to chance—schedule your attic inspection today!
